Honeycomb has the advantage of being driven slip-free by using sprockets. For the idler shaft blanks can be used. In order to further enhance belt tracking, free rotating sprockets can be placed in the belt edge area.
The drive should pull the belt in the upper loaded segment. For belt support guide rails made of UHMW-PE or steel should be used.
